An exhibition of the work of graphic novelist JT Waldman that combines 3 decades of his illustrations in conjunction with the cultural influences that have shaped his development as a recognized cartoonist.
The exhibition features his secular and Judaic work including excerpts from his Megillat Esther, the Story of Esther as well as a piece on the Four Children commissioned by Nextbook.
Join JT Waldman at the opening event for an artist talk and book signing, and look out for more deatils about an Art Seder tying in Waldman’s 4 Children work and engaging locally-based artists in all media presenting their own interpretations of parts of the Haggadah to be presented as an experiential installation during Art & Design Night in the Design District on April 11.
